Join Lou on a wildflower foraging walk in Liverpool where you will gather wildflowers that have extraordinary benefits for your hair, scalp, mind and body.
Once you have gathered your wildflowers, you will learn how to make a hair elixir from your findings (saving some for the BBQ YUM!)
As well as all of the wonderful benefits and information that come from making your own products and foraging you will also learn the medicinal, history and folklore properties about your plants and how to ID them.
This is followed by a workshop where you will turn your findings into a hair elixir around a beach BBQ
